Circlet of Disguise - Illusion=Human - Vex Thal this item drops off of the MOB Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra and can be worn by ALL/ALL!!

Amulet of Necropotence - Illusion=Skellie (clickable from inventory) - Plane of Fear drops off of MOB's Dread or Cazic Thule

Ball of Golem Clay - Illusion=Earth Ellemental - Vegarlson, the Earthen Badlands (Plane of Earth) off of the MOB A Korascian Warlord

Froglok Stone - Illusion=Guktan - This is a Quest that will screw up yer Frog factions.. (who cares :P ) It is a 1 charge stone but you can always return to Ryoz K`Tarn a GM in the Neriak Caster guild and he will recharge it. (BTW this is old school Frog look)
